The quality of furnace rollers directly affects the surface quality of the product. If traditional graphite carbon sleeves and ceramic coated rollers are used, it is easy to encounter phenomena such as roller surface oxidation, furnace roller nodules, pineapple loosening, etc., which affect normal production activities. Quartz ceramic hollow rollers have the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, low thermal expansion, good chemical stability, stable high-temperature performance, no deformation, smooth and delicate surface, and good wear resistance. Can avoid replacement operations, improve efficiency, and enhance product surface quality. Long service life, not easily worn out after long-term use.

Furnace roller is a large-diameter bottom roller used in continuous annealing production lines. The furnace hearth roller is made of heat-resistant alloy steel hollow furnace hearth rollers made of various standard materials, with diameters ranging from 60mm to 1600mm. The temperature of the furnace ranges from 850 to 1200 degrees Celsius, and the materials used also vary. Suitable for annealing ordinary carbon pipes, oil well pipes, and stainless steel pipes, especially for the manufacturing of large-diameter furnace rollers and continuous annealing production lines with high reliability requirements. The quality of silicon steel continuous annealing furnace bottom rollers is one of the main factors affecting operating speed and product surface quality. The surface of traditional graphite carbon sleeves and ceramic coated rollers is prone to oxidation, tumors, looseness, and peeling, which affects normal production. Quartz ceramic hollow rollers have the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, low thermal expansion, good chemical stability, stable high-temperature performance, no deformation, surface cleanliness, and good wear resistance. It is an ideal alternative to traditional graphite carbon sleeves and ceramic coated rollers. The furnace rollers are not easily worn out after long-term use and have a lifespan 3-5 times that of carbon sleeves. The operating temperature can reach up to 1100 ℃, making it particularly suitable for high-end silicon steel continuous annealing furnaces.
