Radiation Tube Gas Radiation Tube Maintenance Electrical Inspection Method

2025 09/30

Electric radiation tubes are prone to corrosion, which seriously affects their service life. After improvement, it can be used in the scheme to ensure that the oxygen content is below 2.1%, allowing the gas to burn completely. When people use radiation tubes, do not leak gas. Be careful and avoid the entry of cold air. We also need to improve the adequacy of internal combustion to ensure the interests of both parties. Only in this way can the service life of the radiation tube be guaranteed. Generally speaking, the temperature should be as uniform as possible, and dangerous phenomena are mainly caused by uneven heating and cooling. To avoid this situation, we must remember that the temperature should be as uniform as possible while doing the job well.
There are many brands of electric radiation tubes. Different brands have different advantages. The mixture at the bottom will bring different results to people. Therefore, it is recommended to use a jack for maintenance and inspection. In fact, this type of exam usually takes a very short time. These suggestions are also very necessary. If top-level inspection is really not possible, extra attention should be paid during use. If any problems are found, they must be checked and repaired in a timely manner. The electric radiation tube has a compact structure and stable performance. It can be said that in terms of its lifespan, this is very common. Many people use it now because they don't pay attention to maintenance and are not standardized. The operation of this machine is very incorrect. It is always under load, so it will have a significant negative impact on the machine. Therefore, it must be used correctly to improve its service life.
Maintenance and electrical inspection methods for gas radiation tubes:
Carbonization usually occurs on the surface or partial surface of forgings heated by gas radiation tubes. Sometimes the thickness of the carburized layer of the radiation tube is 1.5-1.6mm, and the carbon content at local points even exceeds 2% (mass fraction), resulting in the appearance of a martensitic structure. This is mainly because when the steel billet is heated in an oil furnace, when the steel billet is close to the oil furnace nozzle or when two nozzles spray fuel across each other, the oil and air are not well mixed, resulting in incomplete combustion. Therefore, a reducing carburizing atmosphere is formed on the T surface of the steel billet, leading to surface carburization effect. Carburizing makes the machining performance of forgings worse and easier to cut.
A gas radiant tube is a pipeline that extends from the center to all directions. Refers to a non central pipeline (or main pipe) used to transport main pipe materials to designated or non designated addresses. The electrical inspection method for maintaining gas radiation tubes is as follows:
(1) During the production process, a comprehensive inspection of the radiation tube is conducted monthly to check for defects such as cracks and damage. The method is to turn off the gas and auxiliary gas during normal operation, extinguish the ignition burner, and observe the pipe wall through the observation hole. If the tube wall is damaged, protective gas enters the radiation tube, and hydrogen gas burns together with oxygen in the tube, producing a blue flame. If there is no burning flame, there is basically no major damage. Even if the damage is minimal, the product quality will not be affected.
(2) After discovering the problem, lift the radiation tube and check if it is damaged or if the casing is damaged. Then replace it.
