Debugging guidance for using heat treatment tray:
1. Connect the electrical control box to a voltage of 220V. If the indicator light is not on, please check the position of the fuse outside the control box and whether the fuse is intact.
2. Connect the electrical control box to a voltage of 220, adjust the speed and rotation switch, observe the speed of the feed plate, slowly increase it, and make the feed plate reach the required speed of more than 20%. If the voltage is unstable, the feeding tray will be slow or fast.
3. Place the feeding tray once, depending on the size of the tray. If the workpiece on the feeding tray does not cover the bottom plate, feed immediately.
If the speed control rotary switch rotates to the end during the operation of the heat treatment tray and still cannot move, please stop the vehicle immediately and check if there is any malfunction in the casing.
There are three reasons:
1. Check the fracture condition of each combination spring plate;
2. Are the bolts loose;
3. The spring plate needs to be readjusted.

1. Replace the spring plate;
2. Tighten the bolts;
3. Adjust the spring plate.
