Production process of furnace roller coating
 
1. Smelting: In order to obtain purer molten steel and reduce the content of gases and harmful elements; Meanwhile, due to the presence of easily oxidizable elements such as Al and Ti in certain alloys, non vacuum melting is difficult to control; In order to obtain better thermoplasticity, nickel based heat-resistant alloys are usually melted in vacuum induction furnaces, and even remelted in vacuum induction melting and vacuum consumable furnaces or electric slag furnaces.
 
2. Deformation: Using forging and rolling technology, alloys with poor thermoplasticity can be extruded or even rolled, or directly extruded with soft steel (or stainless steel). The purpose of deformation is to break the structure of the casting and optimize the structure.
 
3. Casting: The main alloy is usually melted in a vacuum induction furnace to ensure composition and control the content of gases and impurities. The parts are vacuum remelted and precision cast.
 
4. Heat treatment: Deformable alloys and some cast alloys require heat treatment, including solid solution treatment, intermediate treatment, and aging treatment. Taking Udmet500 alloy as an example, its heat treatment system is divided into four stages: solid solution treatment, 1175 ℃, air cooling for 2 hours, intermediate treatment at 1080 ℃, air cooling for 4 hours, primary aging treatment, 843 ℃, air cooling, secondary aging treatment, 76 ℃, and air cooling. Obtain the required organizational status and good overall performance.
